Shipping 

Your order is processed and shipped from our SF Bay Area office. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delays during sale periods and holidays.

USPS standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for domestic deliveries. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-21 business days. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.

EARA offers free standard domestic shipping on orders $60+ and free standard international shipping on orders $120+.

All orders placed with us will be covered with shipping insurance at no additional charge. It protects your shipments against loss, theft, or damage.

 

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by EARA. Should the package be refused by the customer due to customs, the order will not be refunded by EARA.



Returns
 

To request a return, please send an email to hello@earaclips.com with your order number, and we will help you start your return process. 

List the products that you wish to return, and the reason for returning. 

We will send you a return label and $6 will be deducted for the return shipping label on US orders. For International returns, customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, email us for the return shipping address. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

  1. Return is initiated by the customer within 30 days of delivery date.
  2. The item(s) is received unworn, and undamaged in their original packaging.
  3. The item(s) is mailed back within 10 days of return authorization.

    *Holiday returns deadline extended until January 26 for purchases made in December


Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 



Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@earaclips.com
